1:30-3:30 pm at the Harlow Gallery on Water Street.  Make a mask and join us in the parade!

Parade

Parade begins at 4:30, meet at the Antique Mall parking lot across from the boat landing.

Bead Making

12:00-4:00 pm The Artists at SpinOff Studio will have supplies available for folks to come in and make beads.

Mask Making Contest

Entries Due Thursday, Feb 7, 2013 at 5:30 pm at the Hubbard Free Library.  *PRIZES*   Entry form at the library. Sponsored by the Hallowell Area Board of Trade.

Costume Contest

Prizes will be awarded for the following categories: 1) Best Costume  2)Best Mask and  3)Most Festive
