Wellness is about Holistic Health, it is patient centered and encompasses mind, body and spirit. The professionals at Hallowellness will help people to become aware of what they may require to help them attain this higher level of wellness.
Riverside Art Fair and Sale –Kennebec Valley Art Association – Over Thirty participants from around the area!
Riverside Serenade – On the Boardwalk Prism Jazz Ensemble featuring faculty from the University of Maine Music program. 2-4PM. Swing, bossa nova, and beyond! Led by Professor Russ Lombardi of the University of Maine at Augusta’s Jazz and Contemporary Music program, on piano, the ensemble allows students to expand their repertoire of standard tunes and to gain experience with concise ensemble arrangements in public performance. Playing today are David LaPlante on electric bass, graduating senior Andrew Moulton on guitar, and, as a guest, former member Jon Luoma on viola.
